First Course options such as citrus-cured hamachi with ponzu and shiso, or beets, berries & burrata with house-made granola and Ojai Pixie tangerines
Second Course selections like local box crab bisque with smoked trout roe, or a rich cauliflower bisque with Medjool dates and chermoula
Third Course entrées including seared diver sea scallops, grilled Snake River Farms beef filet, wild mushroom risotto, or other seasonal chef-driven offerings
